We initiated their service to purchase a home prior to the world changing with COVID-19 Pandemic and then had to sell our current home in the midst of a Provincial shutdown. To say John and Team were amazing is an understatement. They addressed all our needs using very creative methods to address new guidelines and work within rules during a very challenging time. Finding a real estate-agent we felt comfortable trusting with our largest investment was not easy. We had been looking for an agent in the Georgetown area but could not find the right fit for us. We heard about Johnny Rivers through a friend who highly recommended him. Johnny came to our house one evening armed with property listings and selling prices for similar homes in the area.  He had obviously put a great deal of effort into preparing for our meeting and was knowledgeable about the housing market in general.

Johnny connected us with his staging team for a consultation at our house.  They advised us as to what furniture to move out, what colour we should paint the house and what they planned to do to prepare it. We were impressed by the team’s efficiency, competency, and level of preparedness.

Johnny's team painted the main rooms and staged the entire house in less than a week. They provided ongoing reassurance to ensure that we felt 100% comfortable in their hands. The staging included decorator quality bedding, furniture, artwork, cushions, etc. It looked like a completely different house when they were done with it.  Next, Johnny had a professional photographer take photos and prepare a video. We along with our friends could not believe the transformation. The house looked nothing short of stunning and we ended up listing it for $10,000 more than we thought we would.

Preparing a home for selling is stressful and we could not have been happier about our experience working with Johnny and his team. Because of the effort they all put into supporting us through this hectic time we grew to trust them implicitly. It really was above and beyond! The house sold for just over asking in 2 days with multiple bids. Between my husband and I we have bought and sold many homes over the years. This was by far the best house selling experience we have ever had!
